The entire process of interaction between our company and our guests takes place in 6 (six) steps:
Step 1.: Leave an application using the method that is most convenient for you. Provide all the necessary details and answer any questions about the tour. You can do this on our website, by filling out the application form, or by contacting us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or calling the numbers provided on our website. After submitting your application, we will contact you to discuss further details and gather more information about your selected program.
Step 2.: Send us a copy of your passport and make an advance payment of 30-40% of the total tour cost. This payment gives us the right to reserve a place for you in a group.
Step 3.: After we have reserved the tour for you, we ask for additional information, such as copies of your air ticket, train ticket, and any other necessary documents. This helps us to accurately plan your arrival at the airport or train station, etc.
Step 4.: Once we have all the necessary information, we can confirm your reservation and provide you with details about your tour itinerary, including meeting times and locations.(The company can only select the best flight option to the starting point of the tour after receiving 100% payment).
Step 5: 7-10 days prior to the start of the tour, a group chat will be created, where each participant will be added: we will get to know each other, plan, and discuss everything about the trip.
Step 6: The full payment for the tour will be made on the first day. Guests can pay for the tour in US dollars in cash, or in local currency (Uzbek soums) in cash.
